Our History

When we opened our doors in 2008, the economy was in a downward spiral and we had a tough road ahead of us knowing that we had to prove to our clients the value our services could bring to their organizations. The idea of becoming a multi-office national search firm was still a far-reaching goal.

We began as a recruitment firm focused on providing technical personnel to the engineering and construction industries in the New York metro area. Within months of our inception, our practice grew by functional area, industry sector, position and geographic location as we received search assignment requests from new clients throughout the country. Today, our operations have expanded across the United States and Canada.

What is next? Economic conditions will continue to change and the battle for top talent will continue to be fought. Jobs will become increasingly specialized and a shortage of talented professionals will continue to grow over the next several years.
