Technical Recruiter

As an Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment, managing all aspects of the staffing process to include sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, setting up interviews, and negotiating offers. In particular, this role must be creative and assertive in sourcing active and passive candidates, building a pipeline of current and future candidates. Must be highly motivated to maintain and improve recruitment metrics.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proven success record in recruiting
  • Proven success record in sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook
  • Desire to work in a fast paced sales environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts to achieve efficient and profitable sales of the company’s services to targeted levels.
